How do I order from your Electronics Warehouse? Wholesale Things ELECTRONICS WAREHOUSE is a sister site of Wholesale Things, with a separate policy and shipping warehouse. Therefore, orders cannot be combined. Discounts offered on our General website does not apply to our Electronics Warehouse.

Yes, we will dropship for you. Orders going to different addresses count as a separate order, and will incur separate shipping and handling fees. |

How do I get started with your dropship program? |

All persons using our dropship services must register and pay a $19.95 One Time Administration fee. You will then be able to sell items from both our general website, and our Electronics warehouse. Please go to our main website to register. |

Is there a membership fee or sign up fee to re-sell your products? |

No membership fee is required to sell our products. However, if you wish to use our dropship service which will allow you to ship to another person beside yourself, you will need to pay a one time administration fee of $19.95 to set up your account with us. After that, you may use our services for free as often as you may. |

How do I copy your pictures for my own use? |

You may "right click" your mouse pointer on our website pictures, a menu box will drop down. Select "save picture as" and save the picture to a folder on your computer's C drive. Usually it is best to create a folder for all your pictures. |

Are your products new or reconditioned? |

95% of our products are new. If something is reconditioned, there will be an (R) to the right of the model number, and our Factory Renewed Logo will appear in the upper right hand corner of the Detailed picture of the merchandise. Our ninety day warranty will apply. |

How long does it take to process & ship orders? |

Orders are usually shipped on the same day they are received. Under normal conditions if an order is received after 2:00 PM EST it will be processed the next business day. During the Holiday Seasons our shipping may be delayed up to 36 hours. UPS will not deliver to a PO Box, APO or FPO address, therefore we will need a complete mailing address for prompt delivery. |

How do I track my packages that have been shipped? |

After our business day ends, we will send you a tracking number for your order and a link to check the shipping status if your order has been shipped. |

How do I get my customer ID number? |

You will be assigned a customer ID number after we receive your payment to use our Dropship service. Otherwise, you will not need a customer ID number. |

Yes, we will ship via the US Postal service to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico if requested in the "comment box" of the order form. We will charge a $5.00 handling fee for Postal orders. |

Yes, we will Dropship internationally into Canada only. This is due to international credit card & PayPal Fraud. We will ship "overseas" to the "purchaser" of the merchandise only. Please confirm that you are shipping merchandise to the Billing Statement Address of the Credit Card Holder or PayPal account Holder. If you are not, you may be liable for any payment reversals that may occur. |

Orders are shipped from Florida 33610. Delivery days are determined by UPS World Wide Shipping. Regular ground shipments take from 1 to 6 days depending on your location. |

We ship United Parcel Service regular ground unless an expedited shipping method is selected. Your shipping methods and rates are displayed when you double click the item desired, and offer the zip code you may be shipping to within the UPS menu that will appear. If you visit www.UPS.com you may obtain shipping rates from their on line freight rate guide. We ship from Florida 33610. The weights of the merchandise are listed on the website. We have a $2.00 handling per order (not piece ordered). We have a $5.00 handling on all Postal orders (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & Military APO, FPO, AE). |

How can we pay for our order? |

We accept PayPal payments, certified checks, and money orders. Sorry, no personal checks or business checks are accepted. To pay using a major credit card, you will need to use a Paypal account. Paypal payments, except Paypal E-Checks, are processed within 1 to 12 hours, and shipped within 1 business days under normal conditions. Paypal E-Check payments must clear before your order will be shipped. |

You or your customer must use the original invoice number as your RMA reference. If this is not available, your customer ID number may be used. |

We will attempt to answer your email within 24 hours, however incoming email from the weekend may require up to 36 hours to be answered. If your email is in reference to a pending order, call us, we have been known to process orders and packages quicker than answering email. |

Our order form will apply a 7% Sales Tax to any order that is being shipped within the state of Florida. A Florida Sales Certificate is required to Void this Tax.
